The December 5, 2023 Tuscan Water District Formation Election Vote-by-Mail packets were sent out today. This is an all Vote-By-Mail election for the landowners within the proposed Tuscan Water District boundary. Included in your white envelope with a wide green stripe is a Voter Information Guide with information relevant to this election, your official ballot (which is unique to you, the landowner, as the ballot lists the number of votes you are entitled to cast), a voter authorization form, and a pre-paid return envelope.
Land owners should expect their packet by Wednesday November 15, 2023 due to possible mail delays with the observation of Veterans day. If you do not receive your vote-by-mail ballot packet by November 16, 2023, please call our office at 530.552.3400, option 1 to request a new packet.
